ABOUT ME

Screenshot 2025-01-29 at 7.48.46 AM.png

I am a writer, poet, artist, and entrepreneur, weaving stories of healing, connection, and self-discovery. My journey into writing was born from a place of deep personal healing—navigating postpartum depression and the unraveling of past traumas.  Words became my refuge, a way to process, to make sense of the unspoken, and to find connection in the spaces that once felt lonely.

Bio

I wrote and illustrated The Moon That Holds Us, a story that reflects the tender relationship between our past and present selves, offering comfort to those on their own path of healing.

My poetry explores themes of grief, resilience, and self-discovery, weaving emotions into fragments of moonlight, roots, and quiet whispers of belonging.

Beyond writing, I am also a creator of mobile apps (Calming Triggers and Stop Impulse Buying), both of which were born from my own healing journey and a desire to help others navigate emotional well-being and mindful decision-making. My art is expressive, flowing from a place deep within—I have learned to paint and draw from my soul, allowing creativity to be another language of healing.

At home, I am a wife, a mother to three wonderful children, and the keeper of a lively home with our dog, Atlas, and our lizard, Lizzy. After being laid off my career job during covid, I have embraced the beauty of staying home, raising my children, and building a life where healing and creativity intertwine.

Through my new book, art, writing and creating tech, I hope to create a space where stories offer a hand to those who need it—a place where every word, every stroke of paint, and every creation carries the warmth of belonging and connection.
